 FSK World Karate Championships

Kenneth Mpame became the 2010 World Karate Champion in the boys under 13 kata division. Well done CHAMPION!

Mikaila Kliment won a silver medal in kata and a bronze medal in kumite in the girls under 13 division.

Margo Lessing won bronze medals in both her kata and kumite disciplines in the girls under 14 division.

The championships were tough with +-1000 competitors from all over the world. Top countries were Italy, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, France and Panama. Some of these youngsters would easily take out most of our National Protea team karateka with their fine standards. Well done to the entire team. You showed the world how good we are. Bravo!
