2009 National Prizegiving:
Leilane Schmidt, our 2009 junior world champion, won the most improved karateka
of the year award for her brilliant performances for 2009.
Chad Jones, our two time world champion (2008 & 2009), became the national
karateka of the year for 2009, for defending his world title he won in Manchester
in 2008.
Congratulations to both. Next year watch out for Elwyn Kofi, our double world
champion. We believe this young man is going to rock the world. Watch this space

FSK World Karate Championships
We wish to congratulate Stefan du Preez, Mikaila Kliment, Siya Mpame, Chad Jones,
Margo Lessing, Kenneth Mpame, Gerrie du Preez (manager) and Rihanda Strydom (coach)
for been selected to represent South Africa at the FSK World Karate Championships
for children in Buenos Aires in July 2010.
